青山 浩准教授

分子の立体構造を知ることは、あらゆる自然科学研究における最重要かつ不可欠な基本工程です。また疾病に関係する標的分子の立体構造から医薬品を合理的に設計することが可能となります。そこで、X線結晶解析法とクライオ電子顕微鏡法を駆使して立体構造解析を行っています。
また、薬学研究科の共通機器の円滑な運営を計るとともに、大阪大学リノベーションセンターと協力して、全学の共通機器の運営にも参画しています。

研究テーマ

立体構造解析に基づく生体高分子の機能解明と薬学領域への展開

有機化合物から膜タンパク質複合体までの多様な分子の立体構造をX線結晶構造解析により解明することで、生命現象の理解と創薬展開を目指しています。
