Strucure and Function Analysis of Biomolecules(Chemistry)
Tanino HirokiSpecially Appointed Researcher
From February 2022, Department of Creative Pharmacy, Graduate School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Osaka University
I was assigned to Tsuyoshi Inoue Laboratory in the field of biological structure function analysis. We operate and manage the newly installed cryo-electron microscope ARM200 in the Graduate School of Pharmaceutical Sciences.
Research theme
Research aimed at increasing the resolution and efficiency of biomolecular structure analysis by cryo-electron microscopy
We are active as part of research using cryo-electron microscopy operated by BINDS. ARM200 is newly installed in the Graduate School of Pharmaceutical Sciences. Using this ARM200, we aim to improve the research and development of EG-Grid and the ice embedding technology.
